My Own Vet Practice is an initiative by DKW Architecture llc. We collect the information you choose to submit—your name, email, selected opportunities, and any optional phone number, location, role, timeline, or message—to respond to your inquiry and contact you about the opportunities you select.

Your submission is stored in the website’s hosted database and is available through a contact list restricted to the site owner. When email notifications are connected, submission details are also sent to DKW Architecture’s designated inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. The website and database use Cloudflare infrastructure.

We keep submitted information to manage these inquiries and follow up about the opportunities you select. To update your details, ask about the information you submitted, request its removal, or stop further contact, email connect@dkwarchitecture.com.

Please do not include patient records or other confidential clinical information in the form. Joining the list expresses interest in future opportunities; it is not a commitment to a position or practice.
